Maturation cellar

The young beer, or in our case, the young Altbier, remains in the UERIGE maturation cellar, where its secondary fermentation is monitored by the brewmaster.

Here it can mature for at least three weeks and develop its unmistakable delicious flavor, becoming what we lovingly call the delicious droplet.
