Filtering
The natural cloudy components and suspended solids that float in the beer are very gently filtered by means of a separator and a layered filter, which consists primarily of cellulose layers (‘filtering with feeling’).
Here, too, our brewery adheres to the tradition of the Reinheitsgebot, the Purity Law. On the basis of our experience, our conviction and for your sake, we do not use any additives, stabilizers or any other artificial means of vamping up: once it is ready to be enjoyed, our UERIGE is bottled or filled into kegs in its absolutely natural state.
