Tour of the Brewery
– including our famous Knuckle of Pork –
Experience how we brew the ›yummy droplet‹ for you. During our tour of the brewery, you will receive detailed information about the raw materials, the brewing process, cooling, storage and bottling.
After the tour is completed, you will be seated at a table especially reserved for you and will be served a crispy knuckle of pork with coleslaw and a roll made of spent yeast, which of course comes with a delicious UERIGE or UERIGES Weizen.
As a souvenir, you will receive an extra decorative UERIGE glass, a set of beer mats as well as a bottle of unfiltered UERIGE — by then you will know exactly how this is produced.
A tour of the brewery requires a minimum of 10 persons but is carried out with no more than 20 persons.
